- QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS - 

How can I order? 

Shopping at Calzados Victoria is very easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Find the reference in our official online store and in the product card.

2. Select the size first and then the colour.

3. Click on “BUY IT NOW!!”. If this selection is not available, you can find the product in a street store.

4. A pop-up containing a resume of your order will open. Please click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”

5. Indicate the shipping information.

6. Once all the shipping information is OK you will be redirected to a secure payment platform.

7. If the payment is OK, a resume of your purchase will be displayed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

We will prepare your order quickly so it can arrive in the next few days. We only receive orders from our online store; we don’t take orders by phone or email.

   

How can I track my orders?

Once the package is prepared to leave our warehouses, we will send you an email with the order details and the tracking number that you can use to check that status of your shipment at the courier service web.

In which countries is it possible to shop online?

You can currently shop in Spain, France and Italy.

Our shoes are available in many different multibrand stores. In our official website you can check if a specific product is available in street stores using the Store locator.

How can I pay my order?

You can pay for your purchase using VISA, MASTERCARD and JCB cards or by Paypal.

If you are having a problem with the payment, you may contact your bank. We recommend you to use other bank card or Paypal.

Can I cancel my order or remove items? 

You can cancel or modified your order as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Be advised that if you want change to another model, you can cancel the order and make a new one according to the standard conditions.

 

I am a company /self-employed and I need an invoice  

You will receive a paper bill with your order and by email.

- EXCHANGES & RETURNS - 

Can I exchange my products?

In Victoria our aim is your complete satisfaction with your purchase from our online shop. As such, if, when you receive your order the size does not fit, you have 15 days to change it completely free of charge.

To request a change in size please contact us by email at victoria@calzadosvictoria.com or answer the order confirmation email indicating the new size you need of the corresponding model and the order number.

Remember that the product must be unused, into its original box and it is only possible to make changes and returns for products bought in our online shop.

 

Can I return my order?

If you're not satisfied with our products, you can return them within eight days. To request a return please contact us by email at victoria@calzadosvictoria.com or answer the order confirmation email indicating the products you wish to return and the order number.

Remember that the product must be unused, into its original box and it is only possible to make changes and returns for products bought in our online shop.

 

I want to return a product I’ve bought from other online-store 

We’re sorry but only products acquired from our on-line store may be exchanged or returned here.

If you have any problems with products acquired at other establishments, contact directly to the place you bought the product and they will be delighted to help you!

How do I know which size I need?

Usually, we recommend you to choose your usual size. If you’re in doubt we would recommend you to use a larger/smaller size.

Which sizing system use Calzados Victoria?

The measure of size use in Calzados Victoria is the European system.


Do you make half sizes?

We’re sorry but Victoria does not make half sizes.

 

- AVAILABILITY IN STORES - 

I’m looking for a store in my area. How can I find one?

Our products are available in many multibrand stores; you can check this information in the Store locator.

An interactive map will appear with the information of these multibrand stores; they are tagged with a red and blue Victoria logo. Click on each to get the information of that particular store.

Please note that you can also check the availability of a specific product in street stores in the online product card.

 

I want to buy a model that isn’t available at the on-line store

Our shoes are available in many different multibrand stores. In our official website www.calzadosvictoria.com you can check if a specific product is available in street stores.

 1. Get in the product card.

 2. Select first the size and then the colour. Click in the box “AVAILABILITY IN STORE”

 3. An interactive map will appear displaying the information of the multibrand stores that have ordered this specific combination to our warehouse; they are tagged with a red-blue Victoria logo.

 4. Zoom in to your specific area and click on the logo to see more information about the store.

This information is based in the orders the multibrand stores place to our warehouse and depends on the reference, size and color. We update this information every week and is quite reliable, however, the model could be out of stock by the time you head to the store, so we recommend you to contact them to confirm before going to the store.

If this happens, we recommend you to:

-     Look for another combination of color-size, reference.

-     Find the product in other stores - many of the multibrand stores we work with have their own online store-.

-     Find a multibrand store near you that sells Victoria in this link. Ask if the product you like is in stock, if they have similar styles or if they can add the product you want to their next order.


I want to buy a model that isn’t available at the on-line store

Even if our products aren’t available from our on-line store, the product file shows the nearest shop to you with it in stock, by indicating your postcode.

Also, if we are planning to make it available soon, you can give us your email address so we can let you know when it becomes available on its product file.

The availability in stores displayed in our website is based in the orders the multibrand stores place to our warehouse.  If there is not availability, it means that the stores in that area haven't ordered that model-size-color to our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience.
