At Victoria Shoes we’ve set the beat for 100 years and last Summer we gave our best by livening up Madrid’s evenings with our exclusive concerts.
We could enjoy private acoustic music sessions with several Spanish well-known artists such as Georgina, Pol, Modelo de Respuesta Polar, Rodrigo Robles or Mäbu. But these artists were not alone on stage. We organized a band battle in our social media channels to look for supporting bands and had more than 60 groups participating! There were four selected bands which could perform together with their favourite artists: Hynkel, Carmen Sánchez Fernández, Inuit and Mamita Payaya. All of them on their Victoria canvas shoes!
After this great Summer, in November we put an end to the Victoria Acoustic Concerts with a big festival featuring Spanish artists Pol, Hynkel, Mamita Papaya and June’s Kaleidoscope. The event was covered by different media specialized in music and counted with the presence of international fashion bloggers among the attendees.
One more year, our Victoria Music Project has been a hit! We want to give a big thank you to all who have been part of it. You can check all the pictures in our official Facebook site Victoria!
Thanks for joining us in the celebration of our 100 years of first love!
In the past months at Victoria we’ve celebrated several parties at the Ocho y Medioclub in Madrid, Spain. This cooperation is part of our Victoria Music project, which this year is especially relevant because we’re celebrating our centenary: 100 years since the birth of Victoria!
During several weekends we’ve sponsored nights with good music by the most recognized DJs of the Spanish indie scene, special decoration, photocall and exclusive contests in the club.
Furthermore, our followers could win VIP tickets through several contests in our social media.
Thanks a lot for joining us! Click here and don’t miss the photos!
Last 12th April took place the kids festival “el día minimúsica” in Barcelona, Spain. After the success of previous editions, this year more than 2,500 people attended this event and tickets sold out. For those who do not know about this festival, “el día minimúsica” is an event for children which seeks that kids enjoy and experience new family offers, activities, workshops, games through music, technology, food, sport and fashion.
At Victoria we didn’t want to miss this festival, so we organized a birthday workshop in which the little ones could make their own cupcakes and take pictures with their families with a big cake-shaped photocall.
Spanish well-known artists, like Delafé y las Flores Azules, they joined our 100th anniversary celebration by blowing out the candles of the cake after their performance (on their Victorias, of course!).
Keep visiting our social networks, we will publish all the pictures of the event very soon!
This week we make our year-end review of all events we have organized. Among them, we can count our accoustic concerts, which have been a big success. And to put the icing on the cake to Victoria’s most musical year, in the upcoming days there will be contests on Twitter’s profiles of some of the bands: Ana Muñoz, Jacobo Serra, Carmen Boza, Lucía Scansettí and The Noises. We hope you enjoy this video of the concert of the last two!
