Making an order on our online shop is very easy, just follow these steps:

  1. Search for the product you want to buy.
  2. Go to the Product Description.
  3. Click “Add to Cart”.
  4. Go to the checkout page.
  5. Complete your purchase by choosing your shipping details and payment method.
  6. If everything is successful, you will receive a confirmation email, along with an invoice and tracking number.

We can only take orders via the website. It is not possible to place orders by telephone or e-mail.

Our online shop is available in Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Portugal. However, you can also find our products in many multi-brand shops in more than 50 countries, and find out more on our shop locator. 

In Spain, we deliver to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. We do not offer delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

In Portugal, we deliver to the Peninsula. We do not offer delivery to the islands.

We offer different payment methods: credit or debit card, bank card and PayPal.

If you have problems finalising your purchase with your card, please contact your bank. For your security reasons, payment is made through a secure payment gateway with very strict validation requirements.

You cannot make changes to your order or cancel it once it has been placed.

But don't panic! When you receive your order, you can request a partial or total refund by logging into your private area. If you don't have an account, you can do it through this link.

Our orders are accompanied by a printed invoice, which you will also receive by email once the order has been confirmed.

In the case of orders placed over the weekend, holidays or holidays announced on the website, we will prepare your order on the next working day.

The carrier will try to deliver your order on working days, a second delivery attempt will be made and if they cannot reach you, you will have to pick it up at the carrier's office where you are told that your package is located within 7 days. At the end of this period, the product will be returned to our warehouses and we will proceed to make a return in standard conditions.

We only ship to mainland Spain and Portugal and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Portuguese Islands.

Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email from us and a confirmation from the logistics company that your order has been dispatched. We will also provide you with the tracking number so that you can see where your package is at all times.

Once we receive your request, we will send a carrier to the address indicated on the form to collect the product you wish to exchange and deliver the new one to you. MRW will take care of labelling the package correctly and deliver it to us, although we ask you to prepare the boxes in a properly enclosed and protected bag.

Remember that the product must not have been used, that it must be in its original box in perfect condition and that it is only possible to make exchanges or returns of products purchased in our online shop.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a DHL label so that you can send us the pair you wish to change the size in a properly enclosed and protected bag, and when we receive the package at our facilities we will send you a new package with the new size.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

You can request it through your customer area by clicking on the Orders and returns button. If you have made the purchase without registering you can make the return as a guest by clicking on Help / Returns and Exchanges and entering your order number, email and billing address.

Returns can take up to 15 working days to reach us and be processed in our warehouse. Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email with confirmation. If you do not hear from us after this time, you can contact us by writing to victoria@calzadosvictoria.com with your order number or return number (RMA).

It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be carried out using the payment method you used to place the order.

Once we receive the package with the product to be returned, it can take up to 15 days to process the refund.

Since not all of the models in our catalogue have the same size, we advise you to check the size guide that you will find on each product page. The centimetres of each size correspond to the inner sole of the shoe, which you should compare with the length of your foot. For some models, we recommend one size more than usual, which we indicate in the description of the model.


The sizing used at Victoria Shoes is the European system.
