ORGANIZATION

The holder of this promotion is CALZADOS NUEVO MILENIO, S.L. (hereinafter VICTORIA) based in C/ Los Huertos s/n 26500 Calahorra, Spain. VAT B-26287037.

The theme of the contest is the promotion of the AW15 collection of the shoe brand “Victoria”. It will consist of a photo contest among Victoria’s followers’ community on Instagram. The contest is open to all natural persons meeting the requirements stipulated in the following terms & conditions:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The contest is open to all users of the app Instagram worldwide. In order to participate, it will be necessary to have a public user account in Instagram and follow Victoria’s account (@victoria_shoes). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram.

Participants under eighteen (18) or under the age of majority in their places of residence, must obtain consent from their parents/guardians to be able to enter the contest.  By participating in this contest, such consent is deemed to have been obtained.

In case the winner is under eighteen (18) or under the age of majority in his/her country of residence at the time the winners are announced, VICTORIA can ask for a consent form signed by his/her parent/legal guardian to allow VICTORIA to publicize the winner and/or his or her images.

Employees of VICTORIA and members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren are not eligible to participate.

TO ENTER THE CONTEST

The theme of the contest is the launching of the new Victoria AW15 collection and, therefore, participants will have to upload to Instagram a photo of themselves wearing any of the new Victoria AW15 models and tag it with the hashtag #Victoriawinterlook. The contest is valid for all the pictures uploaded from 15th September at 11:59pm (GMT+1).

VICTORIA staff members will decide and select one (1) winner and two (2) substitutes among all photos meeting the requirements mentioned earlier. The winning photo will be chosen for its quality, creativity and originality.

PERIOD OF THE COMPETITION

The period of the competition will start on the 15th September and will finish on  15th November, 2015 at 11:59pm (GMT+1).

On the 16th of November, a panel of judges consisting of the Communications team of VICTORIA will select the one (1) winner and two (2) substitutes. The winners will be chosen by the quality of their photos, their creativity and originality and their potential to go viral.

The winner will be announced via @victoria_shoes Instagram account. She will be asked to send an e-mail to info@calzadosvictoria.com provide a copy of the winning picture via email in a higher resolution format (where possible).

In case the winner does not reply to the notification within 5 days or it is impossible to reach them, VICTORIA reserves the right to declare as the winner to one of the substitutes (the 1st on the list).

 PRIZES

The prize for the winners consists of six (6) pairs of Victoria shoes of the new AW15 collection, as well as becoming ambassador of the brand Victoria for the rest of the AW15 campaign. VICTORIA will send the winner a selection of shoes via e-mail, so that (s)he can choose six (6) of them. The final selection sent to the winner is subject to availability.
The prize includes shipping costs to the winner’s home but it doesn’t include custom duties, in case there were any. Winner is responsible for any taxes, customs, duties and like amounts connected with the prize.
Size changes won’t be allowed.

VICTORIA will be committed to:

  • Publish the winning photo and tag its author.
  • Send the six (6) pairs of shoes – including shipping costs – to the winner’s home. The delivery doesn’t include custom duties, in case there were any.
  • Publish the pictures of the ambassador on its Instagram account, informing that she is VICTORIA’S new ambassador.

The winner will become brand ambassador for the rest of the AW15 season. (S)he will be committed to:

  • Make high quality pictures with winter looks in which (s)he wears each of the models which will be given to her by VICTORIA.
  • Not to include shoes from any other brand different from VICTORIA in the pictures.
  • Send the pictures via e-mail to the communications department of VICTORIA within two months since the delivery of the shoes.
  • Post –after getting VICTORIA’S approval– the pictures in her Instagram account using the hashtag #Victoriawinterlook

There will be one (1) prize. The prize is non–transferable and there is no cash alternative.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

VICTORIA reserves the right to disqualify those pictures which damage VICTORIA’s brand image or the image of the participants in the contest, as well as any picture which doesn’t meet the requirements stated in the general conditions.

Furthermore, the organization reserves the right to report and request the removal of any picture or content which violates personal rights or is offensive or discriminatory for anyone.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, VICTORIA reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.

Participating in a competition of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of Instagram.

In case the winner is under eighteen (18) or under the age of majority in her place of residence, she must obtain consent from her parent/guardian. VICTORIA will need the consent to be able to send the prize and publish on its social media channels the winning photo, as well as the photos sent by the winner afterwards.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Participants agree, by participating in the contest in Instagram/ Twitter that the contents and comments are to be published in this network can be shared with other users of Instagram and other social networks.

Furthermore, contestants grant the rights of their names, photographs and messages image for VICTORIA to use them in any of the channels of communication and publication necessary. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.

By submitting an entry or uploading a photo, each entrant grants to VICTORIA a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry or photo throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.  Each entrant undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalize the license.

VICTORIA reserves the right to publish the photos of the participants in the contest in any of the channels of communication and publication necessary, including VICTORIA’s profiles in social media.

By entering this competition each entrant agrees that VICTORIA will e-mail or send a private message via Twitter/ Instagram in case they win the contest or are substitutes. VICTORIA reserves the right to seek the information regarding their home addresses, e-mail addresses and phone number, in order to manage the shipment. This data won’t be included in any file.

By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
