Making an order on our online shop is very easy, just follow these steps:

We can only take orders via the website. It is not possible to place orders by telephone or e-mail.
Our online shop is available in Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Portugal. However, you can also find our products in many multi-brand shops in more than 50 countries, and find out more on our shop locator.
In Spain, we deliver to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. We do not offer delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Since not all the models in our catalogue have the same size, we advise you to check the size guide that you will find on each model's page. The centimetres of each size correspond to the inner sole of the shoe, which you should compare with the length of your foot. For some models, we recommend one size more than usual, which we indicate in the description of the model.
The sizing used at Calzados Victoria is the European system.
